About Course

The Level 7 Diploma in Strategic Management and Leadership is designed to develop advanced knowledge and skills in strategic management and leadership. The qualification covers areas including strategic direction, strategic planning, team performance, information management, strategic decision-making, strategic management projects and development as a strategic manager.

The qualification consists of eight units. Six units are mandatory, while learners choose two optional units from the available options. Each unit carries 15 credits, giving the qualification a total of 120 credits.

Study completely online, at your own pace.

Duration: Complete the qualification in as little as 6 months. Learners have access to the qualification for up to 12 months from enrolment.
